Absolutely! All Galabata classes are taught by certified, experienced British Columbia teachers so you can feel confident your child is learning in a safe and supportive environment.

Our in person and online classes are highly interactive. Students will learn conversational Punjabi through games, play, movement and practice/feedback.

We keep our class sizes small to ensure every child gets personalized attention and plenty of opportunity to practice speaking Punjabi.

We provide access to flashcards to support review between classes.

We focus only on conversational Punjabi, which provides a solid foundation for practical use.

Our live online classes are held over Google Meet. You’ll receive a link and information a week before your first class. Please make sure you accept the calendar invite.
We send it close to the start date so it doesn’t get buried in your inbox! We want to make sure you have it handy when you need it. In the meantime, please make sure info@galabata.com is saved in your contacts so our emails don’t go to junk.

If your child has little to no Punjabi experience, start with Level 1. If they already know basic vocabulary and want to start forming sentences, Level 2 is the right fit. Not sure? Contact us and we’ll help!
